Usually 1-2 meetups per week in the Bay Area and 2-3 events per month in Seattle. You do not need to attend everything, but the value comes from showing up regularly and seeing the same people over time.
Sometimes. We keep the groups intentionally small, so we review this case by case depending on the current mix and dynamics.
Starter events are mostly free for members. Flagship weekends vary based on the event and are at-cost for core members (regular price may vary from $400 to $1.5K). Bonding events are free for members.
Some starter events open a limited number of guest spots. Guests register on Luma; members always get priority and attend free.
No. Membership is being part of the crew in between events as well — show up when you can.
After we've met you in person and you've joined a few events, we'll invite you to the hosting calendar to co-host with us.
No. We have a strict "No Pitch" rule during the rides, hikes and camp. We are here to disconnect from work, not to find leads.
