Who is this community for?

Founders in San Francisco, Bay Area and Seattle who are actively building. Most members are pre-seed to series A and working on their company full time.

Why is it invite-only?

Not to be exclusive for the sake of it. Invite-only keeps the group small, high-signal and safe. It helps us make sure it is not transactional and vet each member.

What happens after I apply?

You apply with a short form and choose your first event. If it feels like a potential fit, we follow up to connect and invite you to join an IRL meetup. From there, we decide together if it makes sense to continue.

Can I pay to become a member immediately?

No. You must complete at least one IRL "Pilot Event" (Moto, Hike or Camp) first. We prioritize culture fit and safety over headcount. Once you spend time with us, you can apply for full access.

How often do you meet?

Usually 1-2 meetups per week in the Bay Area and 2-3 events per month in Seattle. You do not need to attend everything, but the value comes from showing up regularly and seeing the same people over time.

Can I bring my co-founder or +1?

Sometimes. We keep the groups intentionally small, so we review this case by case depending on the current mix and dynamics.

What are the meetups like?

A mix of active outdoor and endurance activities like hikes, dirt biking, pickleball, camping, poker nights. Some are some are social, some are on the semi-extreme side. All are in person.

I've never ridden a dirt bike. Can I really do this?

Yes. The "Basecamp" events are designed specifically for beginners. If you can balance a bicycle and drive a manual car, we can teach you the rest in the morning session. After you go through the "Basecamp", you can join the "Adventure Rides" with us.

Is dirt-biking dangerous?

We ride on technical terrain, not high-speed tracks. The focus is on balance and control, not racing. And we provide full protective gear (boots, armor, helmet), as well as professional instruction before you start.

Do I need to bring my own gear?

For Moto events, we provide everything (bike, helmet, boots, armor). For Camping, we provide tents and cooking gear; you just need a sleeping bag. For Hikes and Pickleball, you bring your own boots.

Can I pitch my company?

No. We have a strict "No Pitch" rule during the rides, hikes and camp. We are here to disconnect from work, not to find leads.
